session fees
individual therapy (50 min): $185*
couples/relational system therapy (50 min): $215
*My out-of-pocket rates ($185/$215) are for those able to comfortably pay them and help fund sliding scale fees for individuals, making therapy more accessible for our Houston community.
cancellation policy
To keep things fair & ensure everyone has access to their scheduled time, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Because each session is part of my livelihood, sessions canceled or missed within that 48-hour window—& not rescheduled during the same week—are billed at the full rate.
insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I choose to operate primarily as a private-pay practice to focus fully on your therapy goals, maintain your privacy, & offer a more flexible, client-centered experience. For clients who want to seek insurance reimbursement, I provide a Superbill that can be submitted to most insurance plans.
