session fees
individual therapy (50 min): $160*
couples/relational system therapy (50 min): $180
*My out-of-pocket rates are for those able to comfortably pay them and help fund sliding scale fees for individuals, making therapy more accessible for our Houston community.
cancellation policy
To keep things fair & ensure everyone has access to their scheduled time, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Because each session is part of my livelihood, sessions canceled or missed within that 48-hour window—& not rescheduled during the same week—are billed at the full rate.
insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I choose to operate primarily as a private-pay practice to focus fully on your therapy goals, maintain your privacy, & offer a more flexible, client-centered experience. For clients who want to seek insurance reimbursement, I provide a Superbill that can be submitted to most insurance plans.
