Typically, if you’re open to self-reflection, gently leaning into some discomfort, & willing to give the process time, we’ll likely be a good fit. If you’re hoping for quick fixes or immediate solutions, we most likely will feel less aligned.

In other words, the kind of therapy I value & those I work best with feels like tending a garden together: preferably, over a season of weekly sessions (often 6-12 months, if not longer), we turn the soil, plant new insights, & gently prune what no longer serves you. It’s intentional, vulnerable, & often uncomfortable. My hope is that when you’re ready you carry what we’ve grown together into your life with confidence — without me — knowing you can always return. That kind of depth asks for real commitment & investment from everyone, including myself.
